  NVQs 2008

NVQs (National Vocational Qualifications) are competence-based qualifications that develop skills and provide professional recognition.

Best Practice offers high-quality in-company NVQ programmes that deliver maximum impact and high success rates. Our range includes Customer Service NVQ, Contact Centre NVQ, Team Leading NVQ, Management NVQ, Business & Administration NVQ, IT NVQ and Retail NVQs.

Our NVQ programmes are supported with optional in-company skills training and e.learning to refresh and develop new skills. 

NVQ candidates are required to present evidence of their skills and performance in the workplace. They are assessed over several months using a variety of methods including: observation, workplace documentation, testimony, discussion, written personal statements and project work. 

Our NVQ assessment process is efficient, friendly and supportive - our assessors visit candidates in their workplace and there are no exams or tests.

These NVQs are certificated by Edexcel and OCR - the leading awarding bodies.
