MiniQuals
Best
Practice MiniQuals are fully accredited single-unit
qualifications aimed at all levels of staff including practising team leaders and managers. They
help develop and accredit a range of essential
skills and are based on nationally recognised competence standards.
MiniQuals are flexible and cost-effective. They may be delivered with a
combination of online learning and supporting training and workshops if required. Successful
learners will receive a Certificate of Unit Credit from a recognised Awarding
Body
- either Edexcel or EDI. A
wide range of MiniQuals are available and may be delivered individually or
in clusters - depending on development needs. A single-unit MiniQual may
generally be achieved in 1-2 months.
