Management MiniQuals

Best Practice Management MiniQuals are fully accredited single-unit qualifications aimed at practising team leaders and managers.

They help develop and accredit a range of essential management and leadership skills and are based on nationally-recognised competence standards.

Management Miniquals are flexible, cost-effective and may be delivered with supporting training and workshops if required.

A wide range of MiniQuals are available and may be delivered individually or in clusters, depending on development needs. A single-unit MiniQual may generally be achieved in 1-2 months.
