Team Leading NVQ & Management NVQs

NVQs in Team Leading and Management are the recognised qualifications for practising managers and team leaders.

There is a choice of NVQs at several levels:

Level 2 NVQ Certificate in Team Leading - for team leaders.

Level 3 NVQ Certificate in Management - for junior managers or first-line managers.

Level 5 NVQ Diploma in Management - for middle managers or second-line managers.

Our in-company Management NVQ programmes deliver maximum impact and high success rates in manageable timescales.

Our Team Leading and Management NVQ programmes are supported with optional in-company skills training and e.learning modules to refresh and develop new skills.

Candidates are required to present evidence of their skills and performance. They are assessed in the workplace over several months using a variety of methods including: observation, workplace documentation, testimony, discussion and written personal statements. 

Our NVQ assessment process is efficient, friendly and supportive - our assessors visit candidates in their workplace and there are no exams or tests. We keep paperwork and portfolio-building to a minimum.
