Best Practice's acclaimed public programmes can deliver a complete development path with minimal overlap between modules.

Delegates will receive full joining details and travel arrangements 14 days before each course module.

Start/finish times take account of the need to travel to/from our training venues.

Day one  
10.00am to 5.00pm

Day two 
9.30am to 4.00pm

Continual refreshments and a buffet lunch are provided.

Our in-company programmes can deliver either standard or customised courses.

Optional onsite audit and/or training needs analysis ensures that programmes can be designed and customised to meet real needs and requirements.

Complete flexibility - from a one-day workshop to ongoing modular programmes lasting twelve months or more.

All course modules are practical and interactive - involving discussion, case studies and numerous practical exercises.

Certificates of Attendance can provided.

Trainees develop personal action plans to ensure that the programme has real benefit.

We can provide feedback to managers if requested.
