Career Path for Contact Centres
BTEC
Career Path provides a structured training and certification
programme for call centres and contact centres. Delivered
primarily through e.learning and supported with in-company workshops, BTEC Career Path provides an
efficient and effective route to certification and qualifications in the contact
centre. Candidates
are assessed at Stages 1-3 through a short, online multiple choice test.
At Stage 4, candidates are required to complete written assignments. These
stages are appropriate for all levels of call centre and contact centre
personnel, including call centre and contact centre agents, team leaders
and managers. BTEC
Career Path is delivered by Best Practice and certificated through
Edexcel, the leading awarding body. This
suite of certifications is an excellent choice for wide-scale
implementation in contact centres where a streamlined and
cost-effective development and certification programme is required.
